BookWatch TV

We provide thought-provoking, entertaining, and insightful shows geared toward our reading audience. Local authors share their stories of becoming published and the changes that has taken place in their lives.

This is an interview program on Comcast Cable (San Jose/Campbell areas)

The program is aired on Monday night at 7:00pm.

Television Studio costs...

Taping: 28 minute interview @ $110.00 per show
Copy of show: DVD format: $25.00 + $5.00 (shipping) = $30.00

If you would like to partner or sponsor as an non-guest, the information is as follows:

To sponsor the Community Service Show-- BookWatch TV. Cost will be:
- $100 for 30 seconds
- $75 for 15 seconds
- $50 for 12 seconds

Sponsors will need to provide us with
- Their company/organization name
- Phone, website, and email address

[Example: "This program made possible by [name], [ phone], [website], [e-mail]"-- will be shown for 12 (etc.) seconds at the end of the show.]

Any show date is available for sponsorship. We need to receive a check or cashier check made payable to: Jireh Publishing Company and mailed with company name, phone, website, email and/or logo (and preferred program month) to: BookWatch TV C/O Jireh Publishing Co. For logo submissions, send a digital version via CD-ROM. If we have to scan logo images, there is an additional $25 fee. We must receive sponsorship information at least one month prior to airing month. If you have any further questions, contact me via email jaholman@yahoo.com.

BookWatch RADIO

We are endeavoring to bring to our listening audience a variety of authors and book genres through this not-for-profit radio broadcast. Our guests are authors throughout the United States. Our program format include book readings, discussions, and interviews.

Broadcast costs are:

(1) Author interview = $50.00 (per broadcast - 30 min.)
(2) Author interview = $75.00 (per broadcast - 60 min.)
(3) Author book reading (introductions + reading) = $85.00 (per broadcast)
(4) Book reading by talent (brief introduction + reading) = $100.00 (per broadcast)

Types of Book Readings available:

Series I:
Reading of a book chapter (more than 20 minutes) - 1 broadcast only

Series II:
Reading of a chapter for 2 broadcasts (additional broadcasts @ $50 per broadcast)

The usual cost of radio studio time is $300 dollars and up. But, now authors have an opportunity to use our broadcast program to promote and market their books as a digital infocommercial on their website or at other radio stations for a fraction of that cost, and reach 10 million listeners.

Book readings over the air is also a great way to stir up buzz and interest about your book. Perfect option for fiction authors. Authors can also send their digital mp3 file to other radio stations for airing.

NOTE: Each radio broadcast is 30-60 minutes. All broadcasts include a digital mp3 file of the show.
